Worldwide there are over 40 million living with HIV or Aids. In South Africa it is estimated that there are 5.3 million that are HIV positive and that 2000 more are infected every day.

There is also personal information especially for the individual, as well as stats, facts, figures, news and views catering to the needs of companies and organizations committed to managing HIV & AIDS in their operations.

www.aidsalliance.org - The mission of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance (the Alliance) is to reduce the spread of HIV and meet the challenges of AIDS and are committed to prevent HIV infection; improve access to treatment, care and support; and lessen the impact of AIDS.

http://www.nam.org.uk - NAM is an award-winning, community-based organisation, which works from the UK. They deliver reliable and accurate HIV information across the world to HIV-positive people and to the professionals who treat, support and care for them.

www.tac.org.za - The Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) campaign for treatment for people with HIV and to reduce new HIV infections. Their efforts have resulted in many life-saving interventions, including the implementation of country-wide mother-to-child transmission prevention and antiretroviral treatment programmes. The TAC also runs a treatment literacy campaign: this is a training programme on the science of HIV treatment and prevention.
