BookWise is a computer booking system, developed specifically for resource management. It is simple to use, follows a logical flow and is designed to be user friendly.

Booking Scheduling

The booking form allows you to record the basic details of the booking as well as:

  • Title for the meeting
  • Catering information
  • Invoice details
  • Equipment requirements
  • Requested layout of the room
  • Number of attendees

Bookings can be linked to existing contacts in BookWise, saving you from having to enter the same contact and invoice details on each booking.

Bookings can be linked to departments for reporting purposes and can be further classified by assigning a category.

BookWise will check to make sure that all selected resources are available for the duration of the booking.

Once a booking has been saved it can be used to set up repeat bookings at the touch of a button using our Multiple Booking functionality.
